Altbinz is an all in one binary usenet solution combining search, download and binary processing in simple easy to use software package.

Download Altbinz from www.altbinz.net You will also need archive extracting software and also quick par to repair damaged archives.

Once Downloaded and Installed, Launch the program and click on the big SETUP icon in the toolbar.

To configure with your usenetxp details 

there are 4 fields that need details entere as well as changing the username and password to your details.

name -> usenetxp

address -> news.usenetxp.com or us.usenetxp.com or eu.usenetxp.com

number of connections -> 20

port -> 119

Click Apply and Add as primary to finalise

You can split your 20 ports between us.usenetxp.com and eu.usenetxp.com to improve your reliability, simply add 2 primary connections of 10 ports each pointing to each address.

Altbinz can also do par2 repairs, as well as automatic extraction of RAR files.

To activate this  click on the par2 icon in setup

and check the following boxes

Automatically connect your connection when you start altbinz.

There is a scheduler inside altbinz that allows you to manage your download volumes and speed, 

you need to check the scheduler to activate it.

You are ready to use the service, simply download a NZB file and open with altbinz to process.
