  The following is the Standard Form of Agreement between you and netXP
  for the Supply of USENETXP USENET Services. It applies to you if you are a netXP
  Subscriber or user of netXP USENET Services. Your use of our services is
  bound by this agreement. This agreement is between netXP and
  you the Subscriber or user. The netXP Service will be provided to you
  subject to the terms of this agreement and will also be emailed to you
  on creation of an access account. The use of netXP Internet and all
  interconnected systems is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
  
  ACCEPTANCE. The Customer ACCEPTS THE ‘TERMS AND CONDITIONS', by
  requesting netXP to provide to the Customer any service provided by
  netXP, together with associated services and software such as email
  facilities, web space and customer support (“the Services”). If netXP
  chooses to provide the Services to the Customer, the Customer agrees to
  be bound by these terms and conditions.
  
  CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES CONTRACT. The Customer has requested netXP to
  provide him or her with Internet access and netXP agrees to do so on the
  terms and conditions set out below.
  
  LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER A CONTRACT. By entering into this agreement, the
  Customer represents to netXP that he or she is at legally old enough to
  enter into a contract. netXP may immediately terminate this Agreement if
  it comes to the attention of netXP that the Customer is not a ADULT.
  
  WHO IS THE CUSTOMER. The Customer and members of the customer’s
  household are the only individuals who are authorized to use the Services.
  The Customer:
  i. must ensure that all use and users of the Services comply with this
  Agreement; and
  ii. is liable for all use of the Services.
  
  SUPERVISION OF MINORS. The Customer is responsible for supervising all
  persons under the age of 18 years who use the Services . netXP does not
  guarantee the suitability of material able to be accessed through the
  Services and recommends that Customers who have concerns in relation to
  Internet content accessed by children provide supervision or acquire
  filtering software.
  
  YOUR ACCOUNT. netXP will provide to the Customer access to the USENET
  and use of one or more accounts (“the Customer Account(s)”) via a
  designated login identification (“Customer Login”).
  MAINTAIN SECURITY. The Customer must keep safe and confidential any
  access numbers, codes, passwords or other security information provided
  to them by netXP and notify netXP without delay of any disclosure of
  which he or she becomes aware.
  
  LIMIT OF OFFERING. The Customer is responsible for providing and
  maintaining all equipment and software necessary to access the Services.
  
  ANNIVERSARY DATE. The day of the month you join our service is your
  anniversary date. If your Anniversary date is the 29th, 30th or 31st day
  of the month your Anniversary will be pushed to the 1st of the next month.
  PAYMENT. Your account is automatically processed each month via your
  Master Card or Visa Credit Card. Your Credit Card details can be updated
  via our account toolbox.
  
  PHISHING. Please ensure that you check to make sure you are using the
  netXP account toolbox prior to entering your "Account login" details. We
  accept no responsibility for any outcomes that occur due to your using a
  fraudulent replica of our account toolbox. It is your responsibility to
  ensure that the address in your browsers address bar is correct prior to
  entering your details.
  
  SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT.
  Failure in processing your payment will result in suspension of your
  account.
  Complaints about your postings will result in suspension of your account
  whilst we investigate your postings.
  
  CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT.
  Your account will be closed if suspended for more than 7 days.
  
  EMAIL ACCOUNT. You will maintain an email account to recieve notices
  from netXP about your account. Email account details can updated via
  your account toolbox. We accept no responsibility for non delivery of
  email to 3rd party email services. WE accpet no responibility for 3rd
  party email services treating our emails as spam by either rejecting
  them or filtering them into "spam folders".
  MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND CHARGES. Beyond your normal subscription fees  
  there are a range of extra fees and charges related to breaches of our 
  AUP with your account. 
  REMOVAL OF ARTICLES. $50 Per article.
  DISPUTE RESOLUTION. $25 per complaint.
  VARIATION OF AGREEMENT. netXP will on time changes terms and conditions
  of the service. Users are reminded to note the date and revision number
  of the agreement.
  
  EVENTS BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. If during the course of your
  usage events occur beyond the scope of this agreement occur, it is in
  netXP sole digression to decide the outcome.
